안녕하세요. 한국 국제발레아카데미협회에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
국제발레아카데미 협회는 2015년 5월에 한국에서 발레를 전문으로 하는 예술학교와 발레아카데미들을 위한 작은 포럼으로 시작했습니다.
주로 국제적 행사나 국제콩쿠르를 위한 외국 기관들과의 정보교류 및 협조, 혹은 외국 유학이나 프로 발레단 입단을 원하는 국내외 학생들을 돕기 위한 것으로 특히 외국에 나갈 기회를 쉽게 가질 수 없는 학생들이나 소규모 단체들을 위한 것입니다.

2016년, 국제발레아카데미포럼은 국제적 발레교류와 협업을 강화하기 위하여 국제발레아카데미협회로 새롭게 단장하여 세계적인 국제콩쿠르와의 협업을 시작했습니다.

2018년, 세계 여러 발레페스티벌과 워크숍 등의 협업으로 많은 장학생들이 혜택을 받게 되었습니다.
또한 몽골발레협회·몽골국립극장과의 한국협업공연이나, 일본 고마끼발레단의 초청 한일교류공연 뒤에는 모두 국제발레아카데미의 도움이 있었습니다.

2023년, 한국문화예술위원회 <예비예술인 발굴육성지원> 사업에 선정되어 지금까지의 사업이 큰 힘을 얻게 되었으며, 밀라노 마리아 안토니에타 베를루스코니 장학재단과 파트너, 홍콩 SJ 국제발레아카데미와 워크숍 협업 등으로 국제 문호를 더욱 넓히게 되었습니다.

앞으로도 계속해서 이 협회가 더욱 많은 나라의 전문단체들이 참석하고 공유하는 세계적인 교류의 장이 되기를 소망합니다.

Welcome to the Korea International Ballet Academy Association.
The Korea International Ballet Academy Association was founded in May 2015 in Seoul, South Korea.
It was evolved from a small forum that promoted the development of professional ballet schools and institutions in South Korea.
The main activities of the Association include 1) hosting international events, 2) sharing information and collaborating with international institutions to develop the world-class ballet competition in South Korea, 3) assisting domestic and international ballet students with studying abroad or entering professional ballet companies, and 4) providing an access to international events and festivals for Korean students from low-income families or members of small-scale dance companies.

In 2016, the Association was restructured to reinforce international arts exchanges and collaborations between Korean ballet communities and ballet dancers and organizations of other countries.

In 2018, many scholarship benefited from the collaboration of international ballet festivals and workshops,
as well as international competitions. In collaboration with the Ballet Arts Association of Mongolian and Mongolian State Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, Korean young dancers also have opportunities in professional stage.

I hope that the International Ballet Academy Association will offer a networking space for ballet professionals and students all over the world.
